Program

Five gates from mission inputs to qualified release.

Each gate has defined entry data and a defined exit artifact. Elapsed ranges are cumulative from program start.

G1

2–4 wk

Mission Fit

Mission inputs reviewed. Feasibility and preliminary architecture direction established.

G2

4–8 wk

System Baseline

Power architecture, mass budget, storage selection and safety concept frozen for development.

G3

8–20 wk

Breadboard

Integrated bench system demonstrating duty cycle, thermal behavior and fault handling.

G4

20–44 wk

Aircraft Test

Installation on the target aircraft, ground runs and staged envelope expansion.

G5

44–72 wk

Qualified Release

Evidence package, configuration baseline and acceptance test released for production.

Illustrative, not a contractual commitment. Schedule begins after requirements and data access are agreed, and all durations are preliminary and subject to customer-specific analysis.

Hydrogen operations

The mission and sortie rate determine the hydrogen architecture — not the equipment catalog.

Launch configuration

  • Certified prefilled cylinder exchange
  • Digital cylinder tracking
  • No onsite compression
  • Fast deployment
  • Low site capital

Field-generation option

  • Partner PEM electrolyzer
  • Purification and certified compression
  • Remote monitoring
  • Used only when delivery logistics fail

Engagement model

Named phases with a defined deliverable each.

Phase 0 — Mission-fit assessment

Mission-fit decision, preliminary architecture direction and the data required to scope a funded program.

Phase 1 — Integration and qualification NRE

Engineered system, integration on the target aircraft and the controlled qualification evidence package.

Production

Serialized systems built to the approved BOM and software baseline, with acceptance test records per unit.

Readiness contract

Sustainment of fleet readiness: spares, service life management, configuration control and crew currency support.

Field H₂

Deployed hydrogen generation, purification and certified filling capability with remote monitoring.
